Skid steer loaders with high flow hydraulic methods require excessive circulate fast couplings to meet fluid management requirements. Many typical skid steer machines operate with commonplace hydraulic equipment supplier movement which varies from 8 to 23 gallons per minute to power most skid steer attachments. Flat face hydraulic couplers are mostly used on skid steer loaders.
1) SeaStar Helm pumps are fitted with a inbuilt test valve which are required for installations of additional steering stations and/or autopilot pumps. If your helm pump isn’t fitted with an inner verify valve an exterior valve will probably be required.
2) Autopilot mfg. requires the amount of your steering cylinder(s) to supply an adequate autopilot pump, discuss with page 12-2 for cylinder specifications.
Stucchi is recognized for offering hydraulic fast couplers which deliver durable, dependable and protected connections for nearly 60 years. We provide flat face, threaded flat face, poppet interchange, threaded poppet interchange couplers, multi-coupling plates, check valves and accessories and quick join solutions under high stress. Our engineers excel at process evaluation and custom options which meet your specifications.
When we plan to do on-load check (annual inspection or 5-yr inspection), the R7 Lifers lifts up lifeboat by hydraulic power to take over lifeboat weight. Then turn the examine-valve to make part of hydraulic back to cylinder, the lifeboat weight is back to release hook. After the discharge handle is pulled, the lifeboat is release down with strong dynamic loading, in the intervening time the cylinder would absorb the shock loading by half compressed air and half non-compressed hydraulic to keep the lifeboat protected.
