An Airbnb apartment left completely trashed by unruly guests has been restored in dramatic before and after pictures taken just 48 hours apart.
The unidentified owner was devastated to find their property had been ‘destroyed’ bu his guests – leaving him ready to pull his listing from the vacation rental app altogether.
Video he took of the damage showed smashed televisions, cabinet doors pulled off their hinges, and food and milk dumped on the floor.

The footage was shared to social media by Marcia Je’rri Davis, better known as – a businesswoman who helps her clients advertise their accommodation offerings.
‘My client contacted me outraged over how an Airbnb guest destroyed his unit,’ Davis wrote beneath a video showing the residence ransacked.
The clip commences in the kitchen, where food has been left scattered over the floor and cupboard doors have been brought off their hinges.

Meanwhile, two flat-screen TVs had also been smashed in.
Davis revealed that the Airbnb owner contacted police about the damage to his home. He also felt so disenchanted by the vandalism to the address that he wanted to pull the property off of Airbnb.
However, Davis instructed him to do otherwise.

‘He had another booking within 48 hours and was going to cancel it, 암사한강아파트 about ready to throw in the towel after this one,’ she explained on her Instagram.
‘I explained to him that this is business, things like this happen unfortunately.’
‘It’s not really time to think about why would a person do this… It’s time to get s**t done.’
The owner appeared inspired by Davis’ no-nonsense approach and quickly got to work cleaning up the home and restoring it to its former glory.

An ‘after’ video shared by Davis shows the impressive results, with the kitchen counters sparkling, the doors placed back on the hinges, and new linen placed proudly on the beds.
‘He may have lost sleep and was totally stressful but he made it happen within the 48 hours of his next booking,’ Davis proclaimed.
It’s unclear whether the unruly guests are now facing charges.
