(5) Any particular person appearing in contravention of any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and shall in respect of each offence, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a high-quality not exceeding one hundred dollars or moneylender firm to each such imprisonment and effective. 15. The fact that an order has been made below rule 11 or 12 shall not be pleaded and, until the defendant consents or the Court so directs, no communication of that fact or of the fact that an interim payment has been made, whether or not voluntarily or pursuant to an order, shall be made to the Court on the trial, or hearing, of any query or challenge as to legal responsibility or damages till all questions of liability and quantity have been decided.
