(4) There should be served with the writ a notice (in Form No. 28 in Appendix A) stating the Court docket or choose before whom and moneylender firm the date on which the particular person restrained is to be brought and that in default of obedience proceedings for committal of the occasion disobeying will probably be taken.
17. A writ of subpoena must be served personally and, topic to rule 19, the service shall not be valid until effected within 12 weeks after the date of difficulty of the writ and never less than four days or such different interval as the Court docket might fix, earlier than the day on which attendance before the Court is required.
(2) For the purpose of acquiring any such cost the debenture or debenture stock certificate should be produced to the solicitor of the plaintiff in the action or to such other person as the Court could direct, and that solicitor or person should indorse thereon a memorandum of payment and should make and signal a certificate certifying that the assertion set out within the certificate has been indorsed on the debenture or debenture stock certificate, as the case could also be.
