A wide range of invertebrates chew or feed on or in the human skin, including flies, fleas, bedbugs, lice, mites and ticks. With just a few exceptions, including larvae of a few flies, scabies mites and arduous ticks, all these parasites chunk, feed shortly, and depart. All of these skin parasites leave inform tale signs, including itchy, spherical, pink papules (swellings). Nearly all of the bites last about two weeks if left alone. If scratched (one thing that is tough to resist) the itchiness and swellings might last up to 2 months.
